Trading Cards

All sales of trading cards—including sealed products, singles, and packs—are final.
Due to the collectible and fluctuating market nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards.

Board Games, Toys, Dice, and Accessories

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Eligible items include:

• Board games

• Toys and collectibles

• Dice, sleeves, and accessories

To qualify:

• Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is defective or damaged, please bring it back within 7 days of purchase.
We will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on availability and condition.

Online Orders

Our website serves as an online catalog for browsing and in-store pickup.
All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at our retail location.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
